It is a 75m2 apartment with an ideal layout. The entrance is from the terrace. The living room is in the centre. The kitchen is facing south and 2 bedrooms are facing north. It is perfect for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa that could be used as an extra bed.

The beauty of the Mediterranean is in its unique mixture of landscape, sun, wind, sea and smells. Therefore, the most important place is not in the house, but outdoors - on the beach or on the 20 m2 large terrace where you can spend the whole day, if you so wish.

It is shielded from the wind by its position and greenery provides shade from the direct sun. Here you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner and where you can also just sit or read or lie down absorbing the summer days in the shade. It is a place where you can have a morning coffee or lunch after a swim and in the evening have dinner with candle-light before retiring to bed.
