The main place is not in the apartment but outside in the 40 m2 yard that is in the shade of 2 big pine trees. It is the most important place where you will spend the most of the day if you are not on the beach that is only 40 m away.

From the yard there is a view of the sea with nearby uninhabited islands. It is the best place for spending the day: having a breakfast, lunch or dinner. The place where you will enjoy the unique climate of the Mediterranean, having breakfast, lunc or dinner.
