Apartments Mediteraneo are in the first row near the sea. On the hottest days you are fresshen up with the mild wind from the sea.
On the ground flooe there is a lounge terrace. It is covered with wine tree leafs which provides with freshness and moisture on the hot summer days. On the first flor there are 2 apartments. The house is oriented toward the sea and the south. It is exposed to the sunlight the whole day, and has a beautifull view on the shore and the islands. The pebble beach is just 40 m in front of the house. Another beach the sand beach is just 150 m behind the house. If you don't preffer to lie under the sun for a long time, you can take a shower under the outside shower and come back into the house and the safe shade of wine tree leafs.
The bigger apartments is 55 m2 big. It is composed of two bedrooms, bathorom, living room and kitchen and terrace 20 m2 big. It is capable to accept 5 persons (A4+1).
The smaller apartment is 40 m2 big. It consists of tone bedroom, bathroom and living roomwith a kitchen. It has a small yard just nearby. It is capable to accept 3 persons (A2+1).
